Kota Kinabalu Part 1

Holiday kat k.k? dats come up in mind after knowing about Airasia selling rm42 (inclusive tax) 1way to K.k from Sandakan on 11 July. So str8 up call my dad, asking for his credit card number hahahaha =x Lucky he in good mood, then he said, juz bought return ticket la, no need naik bus (>.<) sayang ayah! ;P

11 July, call kawan ayah, En. Bakar at 6a.m then he pick me ard 6.30am coz my flight was 815am dat day. Then meet up with Lawrence and Lai, we are in the same plane to K.k :)

Arrive KKIA terminal 2 ard 845min, suppose staff from Borneo backpackers pick me up from airport, but then got few probs which make me decide to go there by myself. Lucky there was a bus lalu depan airport. So arrive at Plaza Wawasan then walk till Gaya Street to find this Borneo Backpackers, quite far lar. But then walking with a map really helpful.

After settling down in Borneo Backpackers, i went downstairs, ada kopitiam woh, Borneo 1945 Museum Kopitiam. I feel like im in a mini museum, with the historical thingy on the wall n others. I heard about Kopi Botol here, so i ordered 1 with Bee hoon Curry.

Guess what, this kopitiam won the "Best General (Non-hotel) Restaurant", which make this kopitiam is the "Best Kopitiam In Sabah" from Sabah Tourism Award.

The curry was thick, thicker than bee hoon curry that i had in Oldtown Kopitiam, tapi i cant take it, after awhile i feel like vomitting, maybe coz the curry was too thick, but huhu lucky i didnt vomit (>.<)~~ tapi kan, this curry was full with ingredients, 2 ketul ayam~ n lots of potato!!!! ah i <3 thingy ="X">
A slice of cheesecake around rm7.50 or sumthing and the ice blend was rm 14++, standard price for a cafe like Starbuck, Dome, Coffee Bean and others.

Aha~~ i know surely u guys wonder, y dis time my pics nampak chun je kan~ hahahah the reason is~~~~~ im using my boss punya camera =x LOL dun tell her la or i die (~.~)" Actually she borrowing me her cam for my project. Snap pics of ornamental plant in Rainforest Park in Sepilok, but then coz of the weather, n no staff to teman me, i havent go there yet for 2weeks.

End up~ i curi2 bring her cam to K.k =x hahahaha n dis weekend maybe im going to Org Utan rehabilation centre to snap few pics! shhhh aaah.

Okok back to the topic, the mango cheesecake was fine (ni terikut chloe la ni dat day she blog bout mango cheesecake!! +_+") as in im not a fan of mango, but the cheese layer make me feel like im in heaven xD the ice blend i forgot i ordered which, but i guess i love Starbucks Caramel Ice Blended more than this.

Lepas hujan da stop, i check the map, to find the interesting place in K.k city town centre, so i walk at the waterfront, which leading me to the Central Market, Filipino Market and errr dunno wud edy. Snap few pics, Sabahan people here are diff from Sandakian, as in K.kians look more frenly n funny ;P

Didnt bought anything since the price quite madness, i guess i'll wait for Sunday Market at Gaya Street. Then i walk till this ikan todak statue i guess lol. lepak here awhile, the scenery sini sngat cantik, with planes passing by.

Pastu walk again till Jesselton Point, bought few postcard with the pics of Nepenthes there, dunno y i love pitcher plant pulak ;P cant wait to take more pitcher plant kat rainforest park nex week!

Lepas rest2 jap kat jesselton point, aku jalan balik pergi Borneo Backpackers, nak mandi~~~ aku mane tahan x mandi (>.<) x caye tanye Shereen huhu then lepak tengok tv jap, best woh stay sini. This is my 1st time stay hotel murah camni, but then their service was great!! N this backpackers lodge are famous among foreigners.

Pas mandi n rest awhile, aku kluar balik, tengah jalan2 skali nampak cam ade nite market kat area Central Market tuh, so jalan2 kejap, x beli food here pon, coz mostly diorg jual seafood, n i allergic to it (>.<)" didnt check the price for the seafood but im sure it bloody cheap.

Then sambung walk till Warisan Square, bought CLEO at the Times, n few donuts at Big Apple, lepak situ makan donut n read CLEO. Pastu head back to ikan todak statue, lepak there awhile.

Something happens here, dunno y i feel like crying, i feel sad, maybe coz im alone. Then i call up Shereen n talk with her, then i cried (>.<) wuwuwu, hahaha n the funny part was, ade org perasan im crying (=.=). Dat guy then approach me n ask y im crying, after introducing himself, he is K.kians, he start to make me laugh. He told me citer2 klaka, n he also told me that he was like me before, a traveller. Which travel to a place that we dun know anyone, we dun know the city, in short, we know nothing. I spend few hours listening to him, well he make me feel better after all ;) till i get a msg from Chloe.

I end up talking with him n im walking back to Museum Kopitiam, where Chloe waiting for me there~!!
